beanie appearance request form

BEANIE is Lima’s Good Neighbor Guide and is used to promote Neighborhood Associations and volunteer involvement in the City of Lima. All appearance requests must be made to the BEANIE Marketing Committee at least two months in advance of the requested appearance date. All appearances must comply with the BEANIE policy, which states that BEANIE will be used for the sole purpose of promoting neighborhood associations and City volunteers efforts.
